ASR Property Services Ltd put safety first and as a ASR tenant we will ensure that all necessary legal requirments are fulfilled by the landlord before your tenancy starts and continues throughout your tenancy.
You will be accepted as a tenant on the basis that you pass your credit and reference checks and that the landlord approves the tenancy. Once approved depending on the level of service that the landlord requires you will either be dealing directly with the landlord (tenant find) or with ASR Properties (managed) this will be explained to you at the point of handing in your application.
The tenancy will be an Assured periodic tenancy (APT) which will be a rolling, open-ended tenancy with no fixed end date.
